Our Story

A hobby that outgrew the basement.

Arlyn Wall started making wine at home and planting grapes more than a decade ago. It didn't stay small. With Katie Zimmer, the hobby became Brookview, a working winery and cidery on the family land southeast of Milaca.

How It's Made

From the orchard to the glass.

Everything Brookview pours starts on the property: grown, pressed, and aged before it ever reaches the tasting room.

Grown

Apples and grapes planted on the property more than a decade ago: what started as a hobby became the cellar list.

Pressed & Aged

Small batches, aged on site: eight ciders, nine wines, and a hard seltzer, made the slow way.

Poured

Build your own flight in the tasting room, or fill a growler to take the cider home.

Visit

A quiet stop worth the gravel.

The tasting room is the kind of place regulars describe as open and airy: a slow afternoon, a flight on the table, and the people who made it pouring it for you.

  • Open Thursday, Friday & Sunday, 10am–6pm
  • Wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking
  • Free on-site parking
  • Card and tap-to-pay accepted
